Description & Roles

Exterior restoration and seismic upgrades to a significant Heritage building; interior enabling projects including the construction of telecom closets; main entrance renovations including security enhancements

  • Provide project management support and advisory services to deliver functional programming, technical feasibility plans/reports, options analysis, design development/final design and production of tender documentation for multiple high-profile stakeholders)
  • Provide technical advisory services in the development of terms of reference, scopes of work and project briefs for tendering and solicitation of professional services, construction management services and construction
  • Provide project management support and advisory services to deliver construction management services and construction (e.g. pre-mobilization activities such as site plans, quality plans, health & safety plans, construction schedules, kick-off meetings, shop drawing reviews, mock-ups, and samples)
  • Coordinate contractor access, monitoring progress via schedule and cost performance, coordinating inspections of work by client stakeholders and design consultants, facilitating the change management process, and coordinating final inspections
  • Coordinate special training, warranty information, spare parts, specialty tools and close-out documentation, red-line or as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals
