Description & Roles

Provide operation and maintenance services to a Canadian military air base, also used for domestic commercial air services, with over 200 buildings and a total area of 275,000 m2

  • Participate in the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis and assessment for a bid/no-bid decision (contract scope of work includes: food services, janitorial services, buildings and grounds maintenance, construction services, electrical and airfield lighting services, supply and materials processing, central heating plant operations, telecommunications services, accommodations, air traffic control, weather services, emergency services, site security, domestic firefighting and transient aircraft servicing)
  • Contribute to the Proposal Development Plan including the concept of operations, win themes, differentiators, proposal schedule and budget
  • Assist in resourcing proposal efforts with required Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Develop a northern and Aboriginal benefits plan requiring engagement from three local Indigenous peoples and their corresponding development agencies, various levels of government and multiple Indigenous organizations
