Description & Roles

Provide safe and comfortable housing, complete with food and recreation services, to a rotational workforce deployed to a northern region and employed by one of the largest independent crude oil and natural gas producers in the world  
  • Provide a comprehensive facility maintenance Scope of Work (SOW) for a 1,900-bed lodge (including sustainable and environmental service delivery, energy conservation, air quality monitoring, emergency (storm) preparedness and response, business continuity, life cycle management, five-year capital project planning, asset management, preventive/predictive/corrective/demand maintenance, spare parts, subcontract and warranty management, quality control and continuous improvement, service level agreements, and construction project services)
  • Audit facility maintenance provider service delivery at an aerodome and at three conventional oil camps (ranging from 160-750 beds)
  • Deliver presentations, recommendations for service delivery corrections, contract SOW amendments for enhanced services, and improvements for contract monitoring/oversight
  • Conduct high-level strategic options and assets analysis (camp population, life cycles of assets, etc.) for senior leadership
